Here we go again, this is not about crime or safety, and it’s about tagging and bagging everybody for the final stage of the socialist communist takeover of America. All the government has left to implement is the disarming of the people. This is one of the steps being put into action to see who has what, where and to make it illegal to own the munitions you already have. Now is the time to speak up or forever live in tyranny.
Even if you don’t have a firearm please take a moment to think of the ramifications of this legislation. If passed it will be the gateway to the indirect disarmament of American citizens. Take a moment to read up on the Great New Orleans Gun Grab that occurred after Hurricane Katrina. There was a total suspension of Constitutional rights related to the Gun Grab. After hearing just a small mention of this on the radio (GCN) I felt compelled to go to Sportsman Warehouse, now owned by a Canadian CO-OP. To find out more about this confounding issue. One of their sales associates at the gun counter proceeded to tell me all sorts of wonderful things related to this new Legislation.
He said in addition to what I heard on the radio that ALL ammo will have 6 month expiring primers. I have been unable to verify expiring primers. This means the ammo won’t fire after 6 months. I guess ammo will have an expiration date stamped on the box like a gallon of milk along with a serial number.
Additionally he cited that no citizen will be allowed purchase more than 2 boxes of ammo in a single month.is managers and Canadian owners will be happy to hear that this kind of alarming sales pitch is working very well atSportsman Warehouse in Austin Texas as indicated by the mob of customers picking the ammo shelves clean of inventory.
Even more invasive is that all customers will be required to fill out a special form that contains ALL of your personal information. Basically they want your identity. This is described below in Section 4, Part B.
So Who Is Responsible?
Also important to note is that as it has become all too common, this ACT is being pushed through as a result of corporate pressure. Un surprisingly you will read on the home page of http://www.ammunitionaccountability.org that the Act is organized by “Ammunition Accountability is a newly forming group of ammunition coding technology supporters.”
The AGENCY to manage this Act has yet to be formed so it is referred to as [AGENCY.]
Here are some of the highlights of the Ammunition Accountability Act:
Section 3. Prohibition on possession or sale of non-coded ammunition.
Part 2
No later than January 1, 2011, all non-coded ammunition for the calibers listed in this chapter, whether owned by private citizens or retail outlets, must be disposed.
Section 4.
Part B
Vendor registry – Vendors shall
i. Register with [AGENCY] in a manner prescribed by the department through rule; and ii. Record the following information in a format prescribed by the [AGENCY]:
a. The date of the transaction.
b. The name of the transferee.
c. The purchaser’s driver’s license number or other government issued identification card number
d. The date of birth of the purchaser.
e. The unique identifier of all handgun ammunition or bullets transferred.
f. All other information prescribed by [AGENCY].
And of course there must be a tax put in place to fund the [AGENCY.] Oh how Americans love to pay for the demise of their own nation.
Section 6. Funding.
1. Establishing and maintaining the ACD shall be funded by an end-user fee not to exceed [COST NUMBER, ESTIMATED AT $0.005 PER BULLET OR ROUND OF AMMUNITION].

Alabama, Arizona, California, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Maryland, Mississippi, Missouri, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Washington.
